(a). ORIOLSTORE does not charge any interest on the cost of a product/products for saving to purchase later(Lipa pole pole).
(b). The maximum period for saving to purchase an item is six months.
(c). You can pay for multiple items through Lipa pole pole,each item will be treated as a seperate account.
(d). You can cancel for lipa pole pole at any time and have your deposit(s) refunded within 24hrs.
(e). When an item(s) you are paying for is no longer available or out of stock, you have an option to exchange with another item or request for money refund.
(f). An item paid for is only collected after completion of payment of the full price.
(g). The item can be collected at our offices or agents countrywide or delivered to the buyers location.
(h). To open Lipa pole pole account with ORIOLSTORE, you must:
i. Be at leat 18yrs old and have valid ID/Passport
ii. Have ORIOLSTORE user account and be logged in
iii. Select a particular item/product to book
iv.Pay initial deposit to the details that will be provided.
v. Confirmation of the order will be sent via SMS/email
vi. Subsequent deposit top-ups must be paid to the same account number generated for each order/product
